Placing an Order

• How long will it take for the order to arrive?

  For the shipping out process, it would take 1-2 business days for domestic orders and 3-5 business days for international orders through FedEx’s International Priority method. Domestic orders may arrive at your doorstep until up to five days later.

  International orders may be subject to customs/duty charges, as well as any VAT or country specific taxes that may apply. Such responsibilities are shouldered by the buyer.

• How much is the shipping?

  Shipping costs would depend on the quantity of the items and the shipping method you choose.

• Do you entertain international orders?

  Yes! Shipping is from Monday to Friday only.

Returns and Exchanges

• In the case of returning item(s), what is your policy?

  All items may be returned within 20 business days for domestic orders and 30 for international orders. There will be a date indicated on your packing slip, letting you know when the orders need to be shipped back to us. For more information, feel free to contact customer service.

• How do I send my items back?

  Whichever is convenient for you, we’ll allow you to send your item back. The best way would be to have the package tracked and insured. But really, it is up to you! Take note, however, that any repercussions on the shipping process is the responsibility (and should be handled) by the customer, unless there had been a lapse on our part.

• When will I get my refund?

  Refunds are processed 3-5 business days. It may take 2-3 days for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your bank.
